“Normally we try to fix our own plumbing problems – we have a small drain snake and can clean up our own messes pretty well. Yesterday, our tub clogged and the sink started draining into it – that meant the clog was much deeper than normal and while we tried to fix it, we couldn’t do it. Joe came out on short notice, about 2 hours after we called, within the agreed-upon time window.
He let us know up front how much it would cost for a problem like ours ($350). He spent a looong time fighting with our very clogged drain. He was really nice, polite, and friendly, and explained what he was doing very patiently. I think many other folks would have given up sooner, but he kept going and ended up finding a big gross chunk of the previous tenants’ hair. Yuck. Afterward, he spent time cleaning up after himself and I think our bathroom is cleaner than it was when we started.
The folks on the phone were really nice and polite as well. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again soon but I was seriously impressed with Economy & Joe.”

After calling 2 other Plumbing Co., they were the only one who responded on 11/21 just before Thanksgiving weekend.
I had a cracked clay pipe on my mine line which caused major sewage backup into the garage. Tech Albert analyzed the situation w/a camera to pin point the problem & proceed from there. He pin pointed to where the problem or clog was & decide to break ground to clear the roots to bring it back to normal flow. The goal was to break ground to replace the whole pipe from clay pipe to cast iron so it’s good for the next 25 years even thought they warrant to 16 years.
The total job came to about a tad over $18K but after seeing it I can see why the cost. The pipe was easily 24ft angled to the sidewalk clean out.
The fact that the job was crucial given the timing that it happened & Economy full filled it. Given no one makes a social call for a plumber unless they’re needed. Economy U ROCK.

My parents had some issues with an old toilet, so I decided to call Economy plumbing to get it replaced.
They had someone come out within the hour and the plumber Macky was very nice. Replaced the toilet for a great price and did an amazing job! Will definitely call ECONOMY if I ever have any other plumbing issues!! Very reliable and affordable!

I have worked with several different plumbing companies in the past 12 years, thru my line of work as well as in my personal life.
I can say that Economy Plumbing is up there with the best of the best. They have guys who really care about and have great knowledge of their job.
I recently had a plumber come out by the name of Chris. I’ve had him at my place a few times now, nothing major. (Thank God!) Off the bat you can tell that he has great experience in the plumbing field and gets the job done right the first time, no cutting corners. (something I see a lot when plumbers want to come out and charge you repeatedly for one thing after another.)
It doesn’t matter the job, big or small, I recommend giving them a call for free estimates and quality work, ask for Chris!

I called in for a Kitchen Clog and I wanted to get this issue FIXED ASAP so I can watch my Giants! I spoke with the representative there.
I believe her name was Michelle. She was really nice, and helpful and was able to get someone out to my office in less than an hour. When the technician came — Albert was so prompt and really accommodating.
Since I work in the servicing industry, I appreciated the fact that he was courteous and willing to explain things to me. I have no experience in plumbing so he was able give me some pointers to prevent this issue from happening again in the future. I definitely recommend Economy plumbing!

Joe came out at 10pm for an urgent dishwasher leak, I had airbnb’d my unit and a quick response was crucial. He’s very polite and friendly and got the job done right.
I called one other place and they told me they could do it tomorrow and after I told them I needed somebody tonight they said they would charge me an “emergency” fee just for coming out since it was late. Economy plumbing was the first one listed on google’s preferred vendors and rightfully so thanks to Joe!

I called rotor rooter on 9/9/17. They sent a kid didn’t know what he was doing, was trying to charge $450 per hour.
Seriously, I don’t event make that in one day. Anyway, he scratch my corean. I told to be careful and the he said he couldn’t do the job. So I told he could leave. I googled and found Economy Plumbing, set up an appoint for an estimate. Macky was right on schedule. He removed the older rusted faucet and installed a new one.
Charged by the job not per hour. But in the end it’s almost like per hour. A bit high, but great work.
