Yes. We pull the permit and coordinate the inspection as part of the job.

For most households a 40-gallon tank suits 1–3 people and a 50-gallon suits 3–5. We size based on your peak usage, not a rule of thumb.

We disconnect it, haul it away and recycle it. That’s included.

We can, but we can’t warranty a unit we didn’t supply, and big-box units are often not the same spec as contractor-grade models. Ask us to price the unit first — it’s usually close.
